Why aren't the premium courses offered in the iPi Online store not included in my subscription already?

We partner with industry experts and develop in-depth learning solutions that offer comprehensive training on specific subjects. This content requires significant development investment as well as financial agreements with third-party providers. As such, these premium offerings are not offered as part of the free catalog of content you receive as a subscriber. While these premium offerings are not included in your subscription, your membership does provide you with free access to 190+ video-driven online courses that you have unlimited access to!



If I buy an iPi Online premium course, how long do I have access to that course? 

When you buy an iPi Online course, you get unlimited access to that course for as long as that course is available online. We typically only remove course content if the content in it is deemed outdated or inaccurate. For example, if an OSHA standard on fall protection changes, we would retire courses that provide insight into OSHA fall protection prior to that change happening. For live webinar series, we typically provide access to video replays up to 30 days after the live webinar series ends
. 

Do I have to have an iPi membership subscription to retain access to a premium course purchase?

No. If your iPi Online membership expires, you will lose access to the 190+ courses available in the catalog, as well as the access to discounted pricing on premium courses. However, you will retain access to the premium course purchase for as long as the course is online. 



After I purchase an iPi Online premium course, where do I go to access it?

After you purchase a premium course from the iPi Online store, it will be added to your "My Courses" tab section on your dashboard. You can reach your dashboard by going here.



Why do I get discounts to premium content? 

One of the benefits offered to iPi Online membership subscribers is providing exclusive discounts on courses in the iPi Online store! In addition to unlimited access to the nearly 200 courses you get in the course catalog, you get these discounted rates!
